The increasing demand for precise surface preparation techniques in multiple industries has spurred extensive investigation into laser ablation. This study explicitly contrasts the performance of pulsed laser ablation for the detachment of both paint layers and rust corrosion from metal substrates. We observed that while both materials are vulnerab
